Zyxel has improved diagnostic file generation to ensure critical data is preserved for troubleshooting unexpected system events.

Historical Reboot Tracking

Diagnostic files now include the "Netopeer2. log", which records the communication and provisioning status between the firewall and Nebula prior to a reboot. The system now maintains a history of the last five reboot events, providing a timeline for deeper analysis. These logs are automatically collected during manual, scheduled, or firmware-related reboots.
