Enhanced Logging: SSL Inspection Transparency

Zyxel has updated SSL Inspection logging to provide the specific domain and IP information needed to troubleshoot blocked encrypted traffic.

FQDN and IP Logging

When the firewall blocks a session due to an untrusted certificate or unsupported suite, the event log now explicitly includes the target domain name (FQDN) and IP address. This level of detail allows administrators to quickly determine if a block is a legitimate security action or if a specific business-critical site needs to be bypassed in the inspection policy.
