USG FLEX H - Zone member issue
Hi, I noticed that if I have an Interface and an IPSec VPN with the same name, configuring Zone members has some issues:
When you check one object, it checks both.
When you add both, save, and go back to the configuration, they are doubbed
and again, when you select one of they, all 4 will be selected
Thank you for adjusting in the next firmware :)

Hi @fedebros
This issue is a GUI display issue. The CLI separate the same name by different type/object, but the GUI lacks it. We will fix it in the next firmware.

I would say the fix is not to allow a interface or VPN tunnel have the same name

Your is not a fix, it is a workaround…
I think that it's better to use unique identifier in javascript on objects name instead of avoiding to use same name on each object.
CLI allows to distinguish what are you putting in the zone:
/ object zone-object zone "test"
/ object zone-object zone "test" interface-list "vlan" "test"
/ object zone-object zone "test" ike "child-sa" "test-lan"In the GUI you should use the same concept of the CLI.
