Steps to Resolve SSL VPN Connection Issues:

  1. Ensure you have created a username under SSL VPN > Authentication. - For SSL VPN with Nebula cloud authentication, select 'Nebula cloud authentication' as the sign-on method and make sure the username exists in Nebula.
  2. Download the SSL VPN script from USG FLEX H.
  3. Use the OpenVPN client to establish the SSL VPN tunnel with the script.
  4. Testing with a local account may also help verify the setup.

Steps for Enabling 2FA with Google Authenticator:
Currently, 2FA is not supported when using "Nebula cloud authentication" as the sign-on method for SSL VPN on the USG FLEX H series.
