Question:
The error message "Failed to load interface list Error Code: (500)" sometimes appears after updating to firmware version V1.38 on USG FLEX devices. How to fix dashboard Error Code 500 on USG FLEX devices?
Answer:
This issue was identified as a bug. The fix will be included in the next official firmware release (version 1.39), scheduled for release around July 2026. You can also contact Zyxel Support to get the fix firmware before V1.39 is released.
