GS1900-10HP PoE Section Failure - Switch Functions Normally
Freshman Member
Hello everyone,
At the company where I work, our CCTV system uses several GS1900-10HP switches. We currently have around 20 units of this exact model deployed across the facility.
After a power surge, 6 of them stopped providing PoE power. The switches still power on normally, and the fault appears to be limited to the PoE section only.
Network communication continues to work correctly on ports that do not require PoE, so the switching functionality itself seems unaffected.
I performed a visual inspection of the PCBs looking for burned components, damaged traces, or swollen capacitors, but I could not find any obvious signs of failure.
Unfortunately, there is no known authorized service center for this equipment in my region, so I am trying to diagnose and repair the units myself.
Would it be possible for someone to share a schematic, service manual, or at least indicate the main points/components I should check in the PoE circuit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
