Why MAC addresses not displayed in SecuReporter Traffic Detail for H firewall?

Question:
Why MAC addresses not displayed in SecuReporter Traffic Detail for H firewall?
Answer:
The absence of MAC addresses in SecuReporter's Traffic Detail is typically caused by high CPU utilization on the device. This occurs when the device frequently sends MAC address and hostname data to the SecuReporter server, leading to excessive CPU load. As a result, the device may stop sending this detailed client information.
To resolve this issue, a CLI command is available starting from firmware version V1.37 (ABXE.1) that allows you to control whether detailed client information is sent to SecuReporter. Please apply the following commands on your USG FLEX 200HP:
usgflex200h running config# vrf main secureporter traffic-log client-info enabled true
usgflex200h running config# commit
Applying these commands will ensure that client MAC and host addresses are correctly displayed in SecuReporter.
