Hi @Thomas1971,

The error message "The agent can not be a member" appears because the email address you entered already has access to its own SecuReporter org/site. Therefore, there is no need to add it as a member again.

If you'd like to grant access to another account, please use a different email address (not the owner account) when adding a member.
