USG FLEX 50 cannot upgrade firmware from old version

Hi.. I have USG FLEX 50, currently installed V5.30(ABAQ.0).
I am trying to upgrade to newest version V5.42(ABAQ.0).
This fails.. Upgrade seems to be running, but after long time (more then 10 minutes), there is no device reboot, just logout..
Nothing changes, fw not upgraded...
Tried cloud upgrade or local upload, same result

I need some advice how to proceed. Maybe install older version first? (Tried all available versions (V5.40, V5.41), same result.
I could not find any link to older versions (like V5.32 or so)….

It is possible to upgrade the USG FLEX 50 from V5.30(ABAQ.0) to the latest V5.42(ABAQ.1).

Please double-check the firmware file you are using — there is no V5.42(ABAQ.0). Please go to the Download Library to download V5.42(ABAQ.1), fully extract the downloaded .zip archive, and upload only the .bin file.

If the upgrade continues to fail and logs you out, and if you have a console cable available, please connect to the device via terminal (speed 115200) during the upgrade to collect the logs, and share them with us for review.
