Question :
Why can't the captive portal page pop up automatically on the client?
Answer :
Normally, this issue occurs because the HTTP requests sent by the client during the connectivity check process are not handled properly after the client obtains a DHCP-assigned IP address, resulting in the server responding with an HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request to the LAN clients.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
(1). Enable HTTP and set the port to 80.
(2). Disable "Enable Session Page" under Web Authentication.
Then, when the client connects to the LAN network, the captive portal page will automatically pop up.
