Firmware Upgrade Path for GS1900-24HP

Dear Support Team,

I am currently using a GS1900-24HP switch with firmware version V2.40 (AAHM.1)_20180705.

I would like to upgrade the firmware, but on your website I can only find version V2.90 available for download. I am unsure whether the upgrade needs to be performed step-by-step through intermediate versions, or if it is possible to upgrade directly from V2.40 to V2.90.

Could you please advise on the correct upgrade procedure? If a step-by-step upgrade is required, I would appreciate it if you could provide the necessary intermediate firmware versions.

From the firmware code you mentioned, it seems like your GS1900-24HP is v1 version that its latest firmware version is 2.70 patch 3, not V2.90. Please check my message to find the download link.

Additionally, you can directly upgrade to latest firmware version without a step-by-step upgrade.
