NWE130BE - flashing orange light.
Recently the connection drop and just flashing green orange light, or staying steady green and blink in a slow interval with the upstream ethernet port not lighting up when it was in green state for some time.
If I go by your guides means is rebooting.
I've tried to reset it but no luck. 10 seconds, 30 seconds nothing.
This also happen yesterday but after a period of time managed to come back.
I went to the cloud management and firmware seems to be
v7.20 ( ACIL.3)
is there anything to do to force it to reset and hopefully upgrade its firmware.

Hi @Theo55 ,
Based on the LED behavior (blinking amber/green or slow blinking green) and the upstream Ethernet port link light not turning on, it appears your NWA130BE is struggling to establish a stable physical connection or is trapped in a reboot loop.
Here are the key diagnostic steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
- Verify the Power Source: Ensure that the AP is receiving sufficient and stable power. If you are using a PoE switch or injector, check if it meets the power requirements of the NWA130BE as 802.3at. You also can test powering the AP with a compatible local DC power adapter to isolate any PoE negotiation issues.
- Check the Physical Connection: Try replacing the Ethernet cable / changing switch port connecting the AP to your network. A damaged or sub-standard cable/ port can cause both power delivery drops and link-negotiation failures.

Hi Judy,
Appreciate the response.
I just had this for a year and with no issues. I use a standard power source to power the access point.
I don't use POE. Tried different cables and same issues appeared. Added to a different port directly to the router with no difference.
After a period time it came to its senses and I've managed to upgrade it to 7.40.
It was working all day and as soon I shut off my pc, at around 1AM it started again.
At some point I've removed it from the cloud and connected it back again to reset.
I've also downloaded diagnostics logs. As it had one small short period of downtime after that.
I will monitor for now and see if it happens again will try to get the logs.
Is this a safe place to share logs?

Hi @Theo55 ,
If you notice any abnormal behavior with your NWA130, please download the diagnostic file before rebooting or resetting the device, and describe the symptoms you observed.
