Enhancing Network Visibility with AI
Secure Reporter has introduced significant enhancements to its Device Health Anomaly Detection feature, primarily targeting USG Flex 500H and 700H models. This feature utilizes AI to establish a performance baseline from the previous week, monitoring critical metrics such as CPU usage, memory, and session counts.
Extended Event History
A key improvement in this release is the extension of the anomaly event history. Previously limited to a 4-day view, the dashboard now provides a comprehensive 14-day history. This allows administrators to perform better week-over-week comparisons and identify long-term patterns of abnormal behavior.

Flexible Time Window Selection
The updated interface offers a flexible time window selection. Administrators can now zoom into specific events with granularity down to 10-minute data points. When hovering over these points, the system displays detailed usage percentages compared to the previous week's baseline, providing deep insights into resource spikes.

Notification and Alerting
New event types have been added to the NCC alert settings. By default, these are set to medium severity. Administrators can configure email notifications to be sent at specific intervals (e.g., hourly), ensuring they are informed of health anomalies within an hour of occurrence.
