Hello everyone,
I've a NAS that support MTU Jumbo Frames up to 9000 bytes.

Recently, I've notice that the USG Flex 500H support up to 1500 bytes, so not support Jumbo Frames.

How is possible to increase the MTU size on the flex?

Thank you

    Hi @Maverick87,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Currently, the USG FLEX 500H does not support Jumbo Frames (the MTU is capped at 1500 bytes), and unfortunately, there are no current plans to implement this feature.

To enable 9000-byte MTU transfers between your NAS and client devices, you may consider keeping them on the same Layer 2 switch within the same subnet/VLAN. This allows local traffic to be switched directly at Layer 2 without routing through the firewall.

    Thank you for your understanding.
