    Since the model code [ABWV] corresponds to the USG FLEX 200H, which does not have a firmware version 3.10, could you please clarify which device model you need the firmware for (e.g., ZyWALL USG 20)?

    Thank you for checking. The correct device is ZyWALL USG 20 (non-VPN, non-wireless model). Current firmware: 2.21(BDQ.2) BM version: 1.14 Build date: 2010-09-30 I need the correct firmware files and upgrade instructions for this exact model, including any required intermediate firmware versions. The download link I tried returned 404. Could you please provide the official firmware files or an alternative download link?
