Hi.

So I have to ask. IPv6 was sign posted for end of 2026. It has not made it into 1.40. Please can we have an updated ETA.

Thank you

Mark

    Hi @MCFH,

Thank you for following up, and we understand the frustration of waiting on this.

We checked with our product team. IPv6 support for the USG FLEX H series has been re-scheduled, as demand for it has been lower among our overall customer base, so it is not included in 1.40. We don’t have a new ETA to share at this time.

To help us ask the product team to re-evaluate the priority, could you share your use case? For example:

    • Is your ISP providing IPv6-only or dual-stack service to your site(s)?
    • Which IPv6 features do you need (e.g., dual stack WAN/LAN, prefix delegation, router advertisement, IPv6 firewall policies, IPv6 site-to-site VPN)?
    • Is it a compliance or customer requirement, or a deployment blocker (e.g., migrating from a previous gateway that supported IPv6)?
    • How many sites or devices are affected, and which H series model(s) do you use?

Real-world scenarios like yours carry a lot of weight in the re-evaluation, so any detail is appreciated.

    Hi Melen,

    ISP is dual stack

I need Dual Stack WAN/LAN Prefix Delegation, router advertisement, firewall policies, and site-to-site VPN on a 50H and have Flex 50W at the other end of 2 sites and around 50 devices.

As my servers are running IPv6 (and have to) and has to it creates issues with remote offices as we had it all working with the old Zyxel gear and it now shows as broken in all the monitoring this end. I have had to disable it across the network which is a very retrogade step.

I also want to use technologies like matter that are dependent on IPv6.

    Thank you
