Why is spo-0004.spo-msedge.net blocked?

Hi,
Since early this morning my ZyXEL ATP500 blocks all traffic to spo-0004.spo-msedge.net (13.107.136.9) However spo-0003.spo-msedge.net and others go through.
spo-0004.spo-msedge.net happens to be our sharepoint.com!
Please help!

Solved. Microsoft is aware of it. I whitelisted the address but forgot to tick the "Check Whitelist" option in the Reputation filter settings.?
