With both firmware 4.35(AAAC.0) and 4.35(AAAC.2), there is no problem viewing sessions by users.
Can you collect diagnostic file for our analysis?

Do you have the idea about how many concurrent sessions in average will go through your Zywall 1100? Perhaps we can simulate a bunch session test and see if it can be seen in our office.
Moreover, how frequently will this symptom occur? Will it happen regularly?
