When viewing sessions by the criteria - users, the device turns into a "pumpkin". Happy New Year!

    Hi @Grant,

    With both firmware 4.35(AAAC.0) and 4.35(AAAC.2), there is no problem viewing sessions by users.

    Can you collect diagnostic file for our analysis?

    All connections are lost. I can not connect to the console.

    After you reboots the device, go to Diagnostics to collect diagnostic file.

    Hi @Grant

    Do you have the idea about how many concurrent sessions in average will go through your Zywall 1100? Perhaps we can simulate a bunch session test and see if it can be seen in our office.

    Moreover, how frequently will this symptom occur? Will it happen regularly?
