USG20W-VPN "Zyxel service is terminated" in Expert mode

Hi,

I am using a USG20W-VPN device. I switched my web interface into Expert mode and select option to use "Expert mode" after reboot. And then i recieved "Zyxel service is terminated" message. All comands at the web interface are disabled. How i can solve this problem and to activate Expert mode?

    What FW are you using now on the device?

    Hi @Zyxel_Jerry

    I jast bought this device few says ago, and have not updated FW yet before web interface has terminated. So I can not answer to your question. Probably you can sand me SSH comands to check it out?

    Hi Yury_S,

    You can check the firmware version by CLI "show version" in SSH access or serial console
