Is It Possible To Change The Format Of E-Mailed Reports

Hello all.

I have a USG20-VPN. When I get the e-mailed report, I copy it into Word and it looks like this:

As you can see, it splits each line in the Log into 4 lines. What do I change so the e-mailed report looks like what the USG20-VPN shows when I look at the logs there?

    Hi @Zyxian

    Thank you for the feedback, currently it's not supported to modify the layout at this moment. We will evaluate about how can we make this layout become more user friendly.

    A CSV file would be a good start. An easy import to Excel.

    You can also consider to use a log server to collect the exported log

    Thanks for your feedback and we are considering to attach the log as a file in the mail attachment to avoid any kind of mail layout problem.

    If you have any suggest about the format of email report, you may also share your comment with us.
