Can't connect to myZyXEL.com

Hello,

my USSG60 can't update Anti-Virus and IDP signatures because it can't connect to myZyXEL.com servers.

I setup DNS forwarders on System configuration but the issue remains. Any tips?

Since you’re using a quite old firmware version, we suggest that you may upgrade the firmware to the latest one in the standby partition and have a try.

Or you may share your configuration file to us by using private message, so that we can help to check if you can upgrade the current running firmware partition to the latest one directly without configuration compatibility issue.
