Hi, can i use firmware (3.30(BDQ.9)C0) for ZyWALL USG 20 if now is 3.00(BDQ.4) ?

    Yes be sure to save your config in case you need to reset.

    Here is the firmware link of ZyWALL USG20

    ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/ZyWALL_USG_20/firmware/

    Upgrade to 3.30(BDQ.0)C0 first , then upgrade to 3.30(BDQ.9)C0

    And please backup configuration before upgrade the firmware.
