Here is related settings of FQDN
On USG, go to Configuration > Object > Address/Geo IP > Address >click Add to create a FQDN object
Then can select the address in the Security Policy rule.

What you can do is on the remote PC connecting to your USG then to RDP is setup NO-IP on the remote PC then on the USG use FQDN to the subdomain and firewall policy the source IP for RDP with the FQDN.
