vpn site to site error "Dial Timeout"

Hello,

I have a remote site with pfsense and a remote site with an atp 200.

I set up the gateway for phase one and the tunnel for phase 2 on both devices.

Then I focus on the atp, I activate the gateway, activate the tunnel, and click connect.

I get the regular 30 second time for dialing and then I get "Dial Timeout"

I think the message is a bit generic to troubleshoot.

How can I know what has gone wrong and fix it?
