Content Filter interfering with Windows Updates

I posted this previously, but I'm still having problems with the Content Filtering interfering with Windows Updates. Problem occurs on both ATP and USG series. I haven't identified which category is the cause, but overall it shouldn't interfere regardless. Any help appreciated. Zyxel tech can your devs look at this? Thanks

    We notice you report similar case on previous thread, would you please follow the instruction and send us the log to check what happened?

    Go to Monitor > Log > View log click Show Filter

    Filter the IP address and check if there is any related log on it?
