 [CVE-2020-8597] Buffer overflow risk in pppd vulnerability fix.

Symptom:

      VPN connection didn’t display any information.

Condition:

1.    Add a non-nebula VPN peers and the rule name length over than 14 character.

2.    Go to Security gateway> Monitor> VPN connections will see the issue.
