Using a USG 40, how do I schedule internet access to a specific IP address?

Its best to reserve a PC on the dash panel DHCP to give that device a fixed LAN IP you then make a address object for that IP then make a rule in policy control from LAN1 to WAN with source IP and schedule.
Note by default there is a rule LAN1 to WAN
