Zywall 110 can't start after update firmware from 4.35 to 4.38

I've got few Zywall's 110.
Few days ago I updated firmware on they but one of that can't start afert this. SYS diode blink allways and I have no access to Zywall.
How can I reanimate it?

    Some times upgrades don't go to plan you may have to unplug it and plug it back in or reset it and apply a backup config.
