Dear Support!

Activated IDP, but the connections scanned 27,000 more 1 days. Counter not upgrading.

    The bug has been fixed. It will be merged in coming firmware release.

    When coming the new firmware? IDP not workink more 2 months :( Licensing -2 month.

    Hi @Balazs,
    These patches include current hotfixes but they are not formal released firmware.     :) 
    For formal official release, the schedule would be early November.

    Upgrading this firmware. After the device cannot get IDP signature url from cloud server. (failed). Cannot get firmware information. Internet slow.. Back the original 4.55 firmware :(
    Check the log screen: very slow, then internet lagging. The device cannot connect secureporter.

    If send pm my device login, can you see this device settings?

    Another problem: if Email Security active, some sending email wrong. Not readable. Some email send is ok, but randomly wrong.

    Try running a beta firmware, now idp working, but secureporter not working :( 
    [SecuReporter] Upload fail.
    [SecuReporter] A connection timeout occurred.

    Can help me? This device not working normal :(
