I wonder if a usg40 firewall can support two new NWA1123-ACV2?
ie if I add extra lic LIC-EAP-ZZ0024F would it work?

Yes, you can get extend managed AP by adding extra license.

The part number LIC-EAP-ZZ0024F is for  extend managed AP.

However, NWA1123-ACV2 cannot be managed by USG AP controller.

NWA1123-ACV2 only can be managed by Nebula cloud.
