Access USB storage attached to firewall from computer

Hello Team,

May be I am missing something.
But how to access the USB storage attached to the firewall from a computer on the same network?
Please guide.

Hi @chandan,

You can only view the system log, diagnostic file and packet trace in the USB storage via web GUI.

As long as the remote computer on the same network is able to access the web GUI with administrator level account, you can view the system log, diagnostic file and packet trace in USB storage.

The USB storage attached to ZyWALL/USG is used to store the system log, packet trace and diagnostic information only.

So there is no way to access the USB storage to view the system log, packet trace from a remote computer on the same network?

If there is no option available for this right now, this is a request to consider this feature in your upcoming updates if possible.
