No arpseal activate - permanent

I have a problem with a particular internet service provide that is using these Hitron modems.
When configured for static ip mode, the modems seem to "announce" two MAC address same ip address "Possible arp spoof attack"

Needless to say the ISP is slow to respond. The quick fix is to invoke this command at the command line "no arpseal activate" but my understanding this is temporary.

Is there a way to make this permanent? Or to have it scripted on boot up?

You need tp enter command write to save the CLI:no arpseal activate.

Router(config)# no arpseal activate

Router(config)# write

I see.  I didn't realize that the parameter setting DOES get saved. For some reason it was mentioned to me that it doesn't.
