Do you use any of the UTM options?

I upgrade the firmware this morning nowI am trying to test it. i use utm option like content filter.0

If the content Filter enabled, every packet will be scanned by UTM function may consume the resource and affect the throughput result.
You can try to disable the Content Filter to see if the performance become better.
