Log error

I update the firmware and now in log section i find: myZyXEL.com Get CNM-ID fail, with error=1,msg=C. I lost the log. can anyone help me ?

    Can you private message the serial number/MAC address of device?
    Also, please check secumanager server's port: 5222 is not blocked in your environment.
