how do I Router OS make VPN with ATP500??

using L2TP is better

You can check the L2TP configuration of ATP500.
Click Quick Setup, then click Remote Access VPN Setup build up VPN tunnel with the Wizard.

Select L2TP over IPSec client (IOS, Windows,Android)

Fill the required information

Select the IP Address Pool for the client 

Allow local user to access the device

If the settings are all correct, click save.

Also, you need to configure the corresponding setting on MikroTik RouterOS to connect with ATP.
