L2TP for Windows and MacOS

Hi all, 
i had many issues configuring the vpn settings for MacOS. Now i'm not able to connect Windows Clients to this tunnel. What is the correct config? Can somebody help me? 

I use L2TP / PSK with AD Integration.

VPN Gateway Settings (i think this is phase 1):
IKE v1
Peer Gateway Adress: Dynamic Adress
Pre-shared key....
SA Life Time: 86400
Negotiation Mode: Main
3DES+SHA1
3DES+MD5
DES+SHA1
DH2
NAT Traversal
DPD

Phase 2:
Remote Access (Server Role)
ESP
Transport
3DES + MD5
3DES + SHA1
DES + SHA1
pfs: none

Any suggestion? I think phase 1 failed.
