hi.

need help please

I turned on the zyxel for the first time and connect through 192.168.1.1
nothing strange so far
when naming the ports and do other configuration on the system I loose access to the page 192.168.1.1 
I've already turn off the switch and also reset the switch but still cannot have access

Can anyone help me?

Can you be more specific about what "other configuration" is? such as VLAN or PVID?

Our current suggestion is to make sure you factory-default reset the switch by pressing reset button for over 10 secs and release.
Then you can use ZON utility to find out what exact IP the switch is.
It should be 192.168.1.1(or DHCP) if the reset does take place.

Only name the ports, put the data and time correct and enable security on the ports nothing else

I already done the reset button for 10 seconds about 5 times and nothing...

but three ours later star working... don't understand

Maybe there is another device with 192.168.1.1 in the network?
You may try change the GS1900's IP to 192.168.1.2 to see if problem solves.
