SecuReporter Reportis empty.

I get every day the SecuReporter Report, but it is empty.
I activate it in my USG100
Whats worng ?

    Hi @MarcelG

    You may make sure Traffic Statistics and all of Security Statistics functions are collected.

    (Monitor > System Status/ Security Statistics)

    After enabled these setting, then will able show more detail report on SecuReporter.

    Is the screen posted above in your reply is from USG100?
    As I have different UI appears in my USG110.

    Everything Ok, I find the neccesary under "UTM Statistics" instead of "security statistics". I'm waiting for the next Repport ....

    I think the UI you have posted is from ATP series firewall...

    Hi @MarcelG

    You may double confirm if SecuRerpoter setting is enabled.

    And also check if your device is able sync with Myzyxel.com server without any error.


    And check DNS setting is correct prevent device unable result domain name.
