Hi,

I have already updated to ZLD 4.60 wk48, I can see a new WAX610D in the AP List but the icon is grey.
What can i do?

On this site the WAX610D should be supported:

    Hi @bavaria

You can try to update AP firmware to latest version and check if it can manage your WAX610D successfully.

(Configuration > Wireless > AP management > Firmware.)

After firmware updated completely, it should able to forward AP configuration to WAX610D.

    Hi @bavaria

Here is the latest release note of Ekahua.

It looks WAX610D doesn’t in support list yet, it should be the reason the AP is unable to scan by software.

Maybe you can wait for next update from Ekahua.

    Zyxel_Stanley,

that makes my day, the AP works now.

But the AP is now in limited mode, in the log I can find only
"AP does not support RTLS EKAHAU,"
is this only about this or does the AP has other problems?
Ekahau is disabled on my site.

    THX

It looks like the "Limited AP" is just an indicator that some feature is not available (in this case, RTLS EKAHAU). I don't know why this is only showing on some of these APs and not others, even within the some controller/AP combination, but I finally found this knowledge base article talking about this issue, and the steps to identify the non supported feature, here :
