USG 310: SERVICES AND LOGIN DOWN

After the first 2 days in production of a USG 310 (updated to the latest firmware), suddenly it is no longer reachable from webUI while the CLI does not log in, the proxy is down, all the vpn services down, only the routing work.
The CLI login freezes:

Can I just physically restart it?

    My versione firmware is 4.39(AAPJ.0), i have hard powered Off/On and now all works.
    How do i understand what caused the problem?

    Hi @Briz  

    It looks the main service has stop working in unknown reason.

    We recommend to upgrade firmware to 4.60 Patch 1, since it has fixed system stability issue.

    If symptom happen again, you may send your configuration to me by private message for further check.  :)
