With VPN2S V1.20(ABLN.2) 00201030C1

Setup test on the VPN2S

WAN set to 192.168.255.55/255.255.255.0

PC1 connected to WAN on VPN2S IP 192.168.255.53/255.255.255.0

LAN2 192.168.2.1/255.255.255.0

PC2 connected to LAN2 on VPN2S with IP 192.168.2.2/255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.2.1

Doing a transfer test with MS file share without bandwidth management enabled is 950Mb

Doing a transfer test with MS file share with bandwidth management enabled just set to 1048576 gets 50Mb

VPN2S supports 1000 kbps minimum bandwidth management.

Well thanks, i already read that. And IMVHO there are connections which the actual upload rate is... lower. Therefore, less than 1000 kbps should be a value that could be inserted...
