    Hi @mfriberg ,

    Had you tried the steps that Zyxel_Charlie provided?

    Then collect the packet on WAN interface to check if ISP has responded to the device.

    Can you share your configuration on your IPV6 settings?

    Hi @mfriberg

    Here is the example how to collect packet.

    GO to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Packet Capture > Capture to select the Capture Interfaces > click Capture

    After a while, click stop and go to Maintenance Diagnostics > Packet Capture > Files > select the files and click Download to check the packet on WAN & LAN

    Hi @DHSN

    @mfriberg

    After check the image you provide, the information is still not enough to know which part cause the client cannot reach the Internet access.

    It need to step by step to figure out why the client cannot access to the internet.

    First, check if the client can reach WAN interface and WAN gateway, use ping to check if client can reach them.

    If the client can reach WAN interface and gateway, then go to check the second step,

    Use device Network tool to check if the device can access the internet, ping dns.google with IPV6 type to check.

    Below is the steps to check networking on the device.

    Go to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Network Tool > select PING IPv6> fill in the dns.google > click Test

    Hi @mfriberg

    It means to check if the client IPv6 address can access to WAN interface and WAN gateway.
