Não consigo registar os serviços do meu equipamento ZyWall USG 100

Boa tarde Prezados,
Comprei um equipamento Zyxel USG 100, porém não consigo activar a licença, nem conectar ele ao servidor Zyxel... aparece uma notificação de erro número: 30036
Mensagem de erro: conectar ao servidor myZyxel.com falhou
