TeamViewer with USG60W

Hello I have a USG60W firewall. In LAN1 there are some pc running teamviewer.
Currently it is possible to access computers located outside the lan with teamviewer but it is non possible from wan access pc with teamviewer inside LAN1.
What should I do?

As your description,
I want to to confirm that do you mean the outside PC “CAN” or “CAN NOT” teamviewer to the PC located in USG's lan side?

Hello,
We have a similar problem.
Today is not possible to connect by Teamviewer. We have various exterior PCs in other cities,  with a monitorization, and normally we connect with them by teamviewer.
We can not even connect to the teamviewer website!!!
Our Zyxel device is a USG40W Gateway.

I would like to know does the issue always happen or sometimes occur?
When the issue occurred, please collect the log message for check further.
Moreover, during the issue happened, can client access internet?
