zywall secuextender not connecting

Yesterday a couple of my users experienced a problem where they couldn't connect to our servers through their VPN app. They don't get any error message either, it just loads for a short second or two. What could be the reason for this?

    Some users faced the issue but others works fine?
    Not sure it's over number of device handling. What firmware do you use?
