USG20W - Simultaneous dual-band

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to configure a USG20W-VPN for both 2.4ghz and 5ghz for simultaneous use. It looks to be one or the other.

Hello cg28oh,
I want to confirm that do you connect internal wireless or external AP which is managed by USG.
For internal wireless, USG20W-VPN support one channel at one time.
Go to Configuration>Object>AP Profile>Radio, you will see the default profile is 2.4G channel, and default2 profile is 5G channel.

Go to Wireless>AP management>Select which channel and SSID profile you want to use
