After upgrading many of our USG1900, the GUI interface is terrible, asks for login, do not display the configuration, I tried with Chrome, Firefox, Edge even Opera but none seems to work like they did with firmware 4.25. Anyone with the same problem or know how to fix it ?

    Hello Alfspace98,
If you have the backup configuration, can you private message it to me for checking.
Moreover,Does only the configuration menu not display? How about Dashboard,Monitor, maintenance?

Do your all usg face the same issue?
Can you clean the browser cache and try again.

I have the same problem on USG110. Since I have upgrade the Firmware to 4.30, login into the Admin-GUI is matter of luck. Mostly, the whole GUI didn't properly load. At the moment, I found out, that I can login with IP-Adresse as URL. Did I use the DNS Name of the apliance, it didn't work propper. For the URL login we use a https with Geotrust Wildcard Certificate. Problem is reproducible on all Browsers, when I use Domain Name of the appliance to login. With IP Adress, it works proper. With firmware 4.25 it works with Domain Name also propper.

So I search for days and found a solution. I go to System -> Hostname and add to the Systemname a dot. Befor ther stands: usg110-1 and now there stands usg110-1. it seams, that missing dot was the problem, when I opend the Adminpanel by URL like this: https://usg110-1.mydomain.tld

That helped me a lot !

I was pretty sure that upgrading from v4.25 to v4.30 was the reason but since I had also changed our ZyWall 110 firewall (allowing domain users connections, for instance), I merely doubt. But your workaround did the trick.

    Many thanks, sir/miss!
