    Hi @Barberism

     

    What is your macOS version and SecuExtender version now?

    Could you provide your SSL VPN license key to me via private message?

     

    BTW, as soon as we notify you the license has been reset, we suggest you execute following steps:

    STEP1. Uninstall the SecuExtender on your previous MAC book.

    STEP2. Install the SecuExtender on another MAC and activate the license.

    Actually i have not change my MAC but i think will be changed in the next months. Thanks for your attention

    I have the same issue, our customer changes the notebook and he can't activate the license.
    Can I send you the license ID?
