Registration USG Firewall to a new myZyxel not possible

If the Firewall ist registred and i want to register to an new myZyxel ist not possible. What can i do?

    Did you go through the installation walkthrough on the FW interface? Only after that was mine visible on myZyxel...

    If you are logging onto myZyxel and registering from there, make sure that the MAC address you are using is the first one in the MAC address range from the Dashboard in the router's web GUI.

    Login to the web GUI of usg device, go to the registration page and click the link "portal.myzyxel.com". You will be redirected to the registration page of myzyxel.com. Then enter your myzyxel.com account to register the device.
