ATP500 Web GUI not work

Hi, since yesterday morning the 2 atp500 ATP Web GUI is not working. I have to force reboot by turning it off, then it restarts correctly for a few hours until it locks again. SSL VPN logins are also blocked. the version of the firewall 4.62 (ABFU.0). what can I do? thanks Enrico

There was a bad App Patrol signature causing the Web GUI to hang up. Forcing an update of the signature fixed the problem..

i had already tried to update signature from 2021 to 2020 app patrol, disabled collect log, but today web GUI still locked ... i have to wait for tomorrow for manual restart.

Hi all,

that´s right, the signature must be 2020 + device need a restart to release the cpu which stuck before.
